Vince D'Acchioli is the founder and president of On Target Ministries, a Christian outreach to men, pastors, and couples. In the past decade, Vince's seminars, workshops, church services, and so forth have touched the lives of thousands of people across the United States and Canada.
Prior to founding On Target Ministries, Vince served as the Executive Vice President of Every Home for Christ, a worldwide missions ministry with offices in more than 100 countries. During the years leading up to this transition into full-time ministry, Vince functioned as the vice president of a Fortune 500 company.
Vince and Cindy, married more than 42 years, have two daughters and five grandchildren. They live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Mike Runion is vice president of Business Development/Sales and co-founder of Mellace Family Brands.  Runion brings more than 10 years of sales experience working with nationally recognized brands, including SSPA and Total Gym, and genuine enthusiasm for Mellace Family Brands.  Before taking the sales world by storm, Runion was a staff sergeant serving in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard.  He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from National University.

Denny has worked at C.R. McMullen & Co since 1977 and began running it in 1981.  He and Bev, his wife of 29 years, became the owners in 1984 when they bought the company which at that time had negative net worth, only one client in the portfolio, one employee, and less than $2 million in annual sales.  Over many years, they slowly built the company with the best year being 2008 with $19.5 million in revenue, 17 team members and a 22,000 sq ft building built in 2003.  Denny and Bev have two children.  Katy is a teacher in Phoenix and Corey is attending George Fox University.  Denny’s community involvement is a very long list including, church growth group leader, Young Life “Campaigners”, church planter, along with coaching basketball, baseball to name a few.

Short Bio:  Joseph LaRussa has been in the construction industry for nearly 3 decades.  Since 1974 he has been a principle in Ghianni-LaRussa Group (www.glrgroup.com) which includes plaster and drywall, fireproofing, and other construction related elements.  He has been the President for over 20 years.  He is serving as the President of the Board for Habitat for Humanity and after completing an advanced degree in theology at USD, he added the role of Chair of a Convene group in San Diego.  His wife of 30 years, Frannie, is a well known artist and business owner.  They have three adult daughters.
