Denny has worked at C.R. McMullen & Co since 1977 and began running it in 1981. He and Bev, his wife of 29 years, became the owners in 1984 when they bought the company which at that time had negative net worth, only one client in the portfolio, one employee, and less than $2 million in annual sales. Over many years, they slowly built the company with the best year being 2008 with $19.5 million in revenue, 17 team members and a 22,000 sq ft building built in 2003. Denny and Bev have two children. Katy is a teacher in Phoenix and Corey is attending George Fox University.
